base\nReview tax returns for accuracy and completeness\nSupport and provide guidance to tax preparers assigned to your team\nAssist with developing preparers throughout tax season\nMonitor return production and tax season workflow\nMaintain accurate client documentation and records\nFollow IRS due diligence requirements and tax preparation standards\nProtect confidential taxpayer
