Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle PL/SQL, and Angular.\n\n- Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices, including automation of build, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.\n\n- Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, technical ownership, collaboration, and delivery accountability.\n\n- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, business stakeholders, architecture, security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery.\n\n- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans, and provide regular status updates to senior management and business stakeholders.\n\n- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for security, architecture, code quality, performance, governance, and production stability, while driving continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 10+ years of experience in software/application development with significant technical leadership experience.\n\n- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle PL/SQL, and Angular.\n\n- Hands-on experience with OCI and/or AWS Cloud.\n\n- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, REST APIs, application architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization.\n\n- Proven experience in project delivery, team leadership, stakeholder management, estimation, and risk management.\n\n- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or other
