Responsibilities:\n\n- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT projects in accordance with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.\n\n- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.\n\n- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, security, testing, business, and external vendors.\n\n- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear project objectives, deliverables, and action plans.\n\n- Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n- Track project progress, identify delays or potential bottlenecks, and implement appropriate corrective actions.\n\n- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders and senior management.\n\n- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.\n\n- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining appropriate risk and issue registers.\n\n- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of project-related activities and services.\n\n- Facilitate requirement gathering, project discussions, workshops, and review meetings with business and technical teams.\n\n- Ensure project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, RAID logs, requirements, and closure documents, is maintained and up to date.\n\n- Coordinate UAT, deployment, implementation, and production handover activities as required.\n\n- Ensure adherence to organizational IT processes, standards, governance, security, and compliance requirements.\n\n- Support issue resolution and perform root cause analysis for project-related challenges.\n\n- Ensure successful project closure, including documentation, lessons learned, handover, and stakeholder sign-off.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Skills:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n- Proven experience in IT Project Management, including project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and delivery.\n\n- Strong experience in stakeholder management, communication, and requirements gathering.\n\n- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple project dependencies.\n\n- Good understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and IT best practices.\n\n- Experience in risk, issue, dependency, change, scope, and resource management.\n\n- Strong knowledge of project documentation, reporting, governance, and project tracking.\n\n- Experience working with external vendors and third-party technology partners.\n\n- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced
