They enable Mobile and Kiosk self-service solutions, including all required hardware, consultancy and support for services that integrate to the hotels PMS, keycard system and secure card payment. All self-service solutions from Ariane are cloud based.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an intermediate Salesforce professional to support and expand our use of Salesforce across the business. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, evaluate Salesforce capabilities, and deliver scalable solutions while reducing our reliance on external consultants. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on Salesforce technical skills with a good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions. The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.\nKey Responsibilities\nSalesforce Development and Administration\nDevelop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard platform capabilities.\nManage Salesforce security, user access, data models, automation, reports, and dashboards.\nDesign and implement API integrations between Salesforce, billing platforms, customer support tools, survey systems, and internal software products.\nWork with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.\nContribute to Salesforce CPQ migration, billing modernization, dynamic invoicing, and integration initiatives.\nManage enhancements and projects end to end, including development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.\nEvaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend solutions that improve business processes and reduce reliance on external consultants.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. \n3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, security, and platform architecture fundamentals.\nPractical experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.\nExperience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce deployment practices, source control, testing, and release management.\nAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication skills and the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.\nA proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple enhancements and contribute to a growing project pipeline.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Salesforce CPQ and familiarity with its end-of-life transition and migration considerations.\nExposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud or revenue lifecycle management solutions.\nExperience with billing, invoicing, subscription management, or financial process automation.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with SaaS products or internal enterprise applications.\nSalesforce Platform Developer I and/or Administrator certifications.\nExciting Benefits we offer:\nMarket-leading Salary\nMedical Coverage - Self & Dependents\nParents Medical Coverage\nProvident Fund\nEmployee Performance-based bonuses\nHome Internet Subsidy\nConveyance Allowance\nProfit Sharing Plan [Tenured Employees Only]\nLife Benefit\nChild Care Facility\nCompany Provided Lunch/Dinner\nProfessional Development Budget\nRecreational area for in-house games\nSporadic On-shore training opportunities\nFriendly work environment\nLeave Encashment\nDisclaimer: At Contour, we attribute our success to the unique contributions of our diverse staff.
