(TSX: CSU).\nAbout Position:\nThe IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for the implementation, administration, support, and continual improvement of CORA Loyalty's enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and end-user computing environment. This role ensures the availability, security, performance, and scalability of enterprise technology services while delivering an exceptional employee experience.\nThe successful candidate will have deep expertise across Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, and endpoint management, complemented by strong operational knowledge of modern security platforms such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, and Qualys.\nBeyond day-to-day operational support, this role continuously evaluates infrastructure and security controls to ensure they appropriately balance cybersecurity, operational efficiency, and business productivity.\nKey Responsibilities\nMicrosoft 365 & Cloud Administration\nAdminister Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, and related cloud platforms. \nManage user identities, licenses, distribution groups, security groups, and authentication policies. \nAdminister Azure infrastructure supporting corporate IT services. \nManage Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), identity governance, and Zero Trust security controls. \nEnsure platform availability, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards. \nEndpoint Management & Device Administration\nAdminister Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management solutions. \nManage Windows device lifecycle including provisioning, enrollment, configuration, compliance, and retirement. \nDevelop and maintain device configuration profiles and compliance policies. \nSupport mobile device management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android where applicable. \nMaintain secure endpoint standards while optimizing user productivity. \nInfrastructure & Server Operations\nSupport Windows Server environments and core enterprise infrastructure. \nManage operating system updates, patching, and vulnerability remediation. \nAssist with cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and technology refresh initiatives. \nMonitor infrastructure health, capacity, and performance. \nParticipate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
