With the global growth of Constellation as the wind in our sails, we are only just getting started!\nAndromeda, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., acquires, manages, and builds software businesses that provide specialized, mission-critical software solutions. \nWe are seeking an M&A Research Associate to join our team.\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nConduct industry and competitive research to identify vertical market software businesses that meet our strategic criteria and specific metrics (our investment profile, based on Vertical, Location) For businesses that meet our investment profile, identify key contacts and contact details, thus creating target lists for the Marketing and Business Development Team\nMake recommendations to the Business Development Team to pursue new targets and enter new and adjacent markets, based on our aggressive appetite for accelerated growth.\nWork in collaboration with a marketing team to drive desired M&A strategic outcomes, providing relevant reporting & KPI's on projects/campaigns. Other special projects as required.\n Job Qualifications:\n\nDemonstratable and committed success in prior research-led role.\nCompetent Excel skills and IT literate.
