With the global growth of Constellation as the wind in our sails, we are only just getting started!\nWe are seeking a qualified Manager, Finance for a business in the Gemini Portfolio. The successful candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, ideally in the software industry, and previous experience in leading a team, month-end / quarter-end close and managing full-cycle accounting (including billing, AR and AP). Additional responsibilities will include assisting with FP&A activities such as monthly revenue forecasting, management reporting and KPI dashboards, as well as providing support in the current implementation of a new ERP.\nThe Manager, Finance will be able to accurately maintain financial records, prepare and oversee deliverables to other teams (i.e. Corporate head-office team, Internal Audit, Tax) and external parties (i.e. External Auditors, Customers, Vendors), and have a strong understanding of the intricacies of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other financial transactions within an organization. The individual will have excellent communication, business, and analytical skills, is efficient, resourceful, and could lead a team to accomplish the financial and operational reporting needs of the organization. \nResponsibilities\nHave a strong understanding of processes to lead the team in maintaining accurate financials for the business, particularly with leading month-end/quarter-end close processes and full cycle accounting, ensuring accurate and timely results. Oversight of responsibilities will include: \nAR aging and reporting \nBillings and collections data \nAccrue, defer, and classify revenues and expenses following CSI policies \nMaintain accurate balance sheet account reconciliations \nPayables management; ensure compliance with the invoice approval process \nTreasury management (cash receipt application, bank reconciliations, collections) \nFixed Assets Management \nTrain and organize the finance team that supports the financial reporting processes. \nResponsible for the day-to-day supervision, goal setting, and performance reviews of the finance team. \nReview customer contracts and assess IFRS 15 impact to ensure appropriate entries are booked during month-end / quarter-end close. \nHave strong working knowledge of a large ERP to maintain accurate financial records. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / D365 F&O is a plus. \nPlay a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system, including process design, data migration, testing and user training. \nAssist with FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, with a focus on recurring revenue forecasting (e.g., subscription, maintenance and renewal revenue). \nAssist with the preparation of monthly management reporting packages and the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), such as recurring revenue, churn and retention statistics. \nDevelop strong team cohesion through continuous contact with team members in the form of regularly scheduled one on ones, and team meetings.
