differential may apply for off-hours\nSchedule:\nFull-time\nShifts may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on production needs\nJob Responsibilities\nMonitor production lines for compliance with GMPs, HACCP plans, and food-safety procedures\nVerify critical control points (CCPs), including cooking, cooling, and handling of ready-to-eat products\nConduct in-process quality checks for weight, temperature, labeling, packaging, and overall product quality\nInspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods\nPerform required testing, including temperature verification, metal detection, and package-integrity checks\nHold and release products according to established quality standards\nComplete quality records, logs, and HACCP documentation accurately\nMaintain full traceability of products and materials\nSupport compliance with USDA, SQF, and internal SOP requirements\nIdentify, document, and escalate food-safety or quality deviations\nAssist with investigations, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis\nPlace products on hold when necessary and communicate with production leadership\nVerify sanitation standards, equipment cleanliness, and employee hygiene practices\nSupport environmental and operational monitoring programs\nWork closely with production teams to maintain quality and food-safety standards\nSupport internal and external audits as needed\nJob Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nAssociate’s degree preferred\n1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing preferred, ideally in a USDA-regulated environment\nStrong understanding of HACCP, GMPs, and food-safety principles\nSQF or GFSI experience preferred\nEnglish required\nStrong attention to detail and communication skills\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods\nAbility to work in hot and cold production environments\nAbility to lift up to 40
