By combining asset financing, fintech, AI-based underwriting, and proprietary car portals, we enable these local entrepreneurs (motorcycle taxi riders, Uber/Bolt drivers, and small business owners) to find and purchase their own vehicles.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Africa & Asia regional team and lead the successful delivery of technology initiatives across multiple markets, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nWhat You Will Do\nDefine problems, opportunities, and success outcomes, while empowering the team to determine how to get there\n\nDefine clear project scope, constraints, and priorities to ensure delivery within set timelines\n\nCommunicate intent through diagrams, sketches, and outlines rather than exhaustive documentation\n\nCommunicate with users, customer support, and business stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and strategic direction\n\nPitch shaped work to the leadership team for consideration in upcoming development cycles\n\nIdentify potential technical issues upfront and team up with senior developers to validate feasibility\n\nKeep specs lean and clear - just enough for the team to get started without overloading on documentation\n\nReview delivered work against the original intent and stakeholder needs\n\nWhat You Have\nProven experience in IT project management, preferably within the fintech, financial services, or other fast-paced, dynamic environments\n\nSystems thinking -
