opportunity to shape the company's IT strategy, drive technology initiatives and build a scalable IT environment, with the potential to build and develop an internal team.\nKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.\nLead complex IT and software projects, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation and integration.\nCoordinate the selection, implementation and integration of ERP, CRM and other business applications, ensuring a connected and efficient IT ecosystem.\nIdentify opportunities for process optimization, digitalization and automation across business functions.\nEvaluate and implement AI-powered solutions, promoting their adoption through internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.\nOversee IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software and cybersecurity, ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable environment.\nManage and optimize internal IT platforms, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intranet and collaboration tools.\nTranslate business needs into technical requirements and coordinate external IT providers and technology partners.\nCollaborate closely with senior management to identify technology priorities and support strategic decision-making.\nDevelop IT processes and standards and progressively build an internal IT team as the company grows.\nCandidate ProfileSolid experience in IT management, software project management or digital transformation, including large-scale technology implementation projects.\nProven experience in implementing and integrating ERP, CRM and other business-critical applications.\nStrong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity and Microsoft technologies.\nGood knowledge of business process automation, system integration and practical AI applications.\nExperience in managing external technology providers and coordinating cross-functional projects.\nExperience gained in both multinational companies and entrepreneurial environments would be a strong advantage.\nStrong business acumen and strategic thinking, combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.\nProactive, dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.\nProfessional maturity, strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.\nEntrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build structures, implement change and operate in a fast-paced
