The role will focus on improving digital customer journeys across property discovery, lead generation, property purchases, and post-sales services.\n\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong digital product management expertise with hands-on experience in web platforms, CMS technologies, UX optimisation, analytics, and enterprise system integrations. Experience in real estate or PropTech is highly preferred.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of customer-facing websites and digital portals.\n\n- Define and optimise user journeys for property search, listings, lead capture, enquiries, bookings, and customer services.\n\n- Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlogs.\n\n- Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.\n\n- Manage website and portal capabilities using CMS platforms such as Contentful, Drupal, or WordPress.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering teams on React, Next.js, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations.\n\n- Monitor web analytics, conversion funnels, user behaviour, SEO performance, and Core Web Vitals.\n\n- Drive improvements in website performance, accessibility, usability, lead conversion, and customer engagement.\n\n- Manage integrations with CRM, ERP, property inventory, pricing, identity, and analytics systems.\n\n- Establish product KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure business impact and customer experience.\n\n- Manage production issues, change requests, vendor performance, SLAs, and application support processes.\n\n- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and enterprise technology standards.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 8 - 12 years of overall experience in digital product management, web product management, or related technology roles.\n\n- Minimum 5 years of experience in web product ownership or management of customer-facing websites and portals.\n\n- Experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, prioritisation, and end-to-end delivery.\n\n- Strong understanding of web technologies, including React/Next.js, REST APIs, backend services, and cloud platforms.\n\n- Experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful, Drupal, or WordPress.\n\n- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, conversion rate optimisation, and Core Web Vitals.\n\n- Experience with CRM/ERP integrations, preferably Salesforce and Oracle ERP.\n\n- Strong understanding of UI/UX, customer journey mapping, and data-driven product decisions.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\n- Exposure to ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management, along with vendor and SLA governance.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience in real estate, PropTech, property marketplaces, or property development.\n\n- Experience with property search, listing platforms, lead-generation funnels, and online booking journeys.\n\n- Exposure to buyer, property-owner, resident, or customer self-service portals.\n\n- Experience working with distributed engineering teams and external technology partners.\n\nKey Performance Indicators:\n\n- Website
