You'll own the quality for FastCast features: break down requirements into sharp test scenarios, automate them, and keep them running in CI. AI is core to how we work: you'll use AI tools at every step to generate, write and maintain tests faster than automation alone allows.\nYou'll sit with the developers building the product, catch issues early, and help the team ship fast without breaking things.\n\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; turn them into clear test cases and scenarios covering happy paths, edge cases and negative flows\nWrite and maintain E2E automation for web (Playwright preferred) and for our React Native mobile apps on iOS and Android, covering sprint stories, smoke and regression suites\nRun automated suites in CI/CD and triage failures fast: real bug, flaky test or environment issue\nTry out and adopt AI-powered QE tooling (e.g. Playwright MCP, self-healing locators, visual AI) and share what works with the team\nDo focused manual and exploratory testing where automation doesn't make sense yet\nLog clear, reproducible bugs and work with developers to get them fixed\nTest APIs and validate data with SQL where needed\nPrepare test data for sprint stories and regression runs\nJoin Agile ceremonies and flag testability and quality risks early\nHelp sign off releases and support production verification\nReport on test coverage and quality status for each sprint\nMust-haves\n2–3 years in QA / QE on web applications\nStrong at writing test cases and scenarios from requirements; you spot the edge cases others miss\nHands-on test automation experience with Playwright, or other automation tools\nGood programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript (Node.js a plus)\nHands-on use of AI coding assistants for testing work, plus the judgment to review, verify and fix what they produce\nUnderstanding of test automation patterns like Page Object Model\nExperience running tests in a CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar)\nAPI testing experience (Postman or similar)\nWorking knowledge of SQL\nComfortable with Git and Agile / Scrum\nClear written and verbal communication;
