And play a key role in protecting and scaling our business by ensuring we operate within platform rules while maintaining high performance. Your work will directly impact product strategy, marketing execution, and partner relationships.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nOwn compliance across mobile apps, marketing creatives, and user-facing content.\nPartner directly with Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, and other platforms to resolve policy-related issues.\nMonitor and interpret policy updates, translating them into clear, actionable guidance for product and marketing teams.\nReview and approve marketing and product content to ensure alignment with platform policies.\nLead cross-functional check-ins to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks.\nDevelop internal policies, frameworks, and playbooks to scale compliance practices.\nDeliver trainings and workshops to elevate policy awareness across teams.\nWhat we expect from you:\n3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or a related field.\nStrong ownership mindset -
