troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.\nManage LAN, WAN, Wireless, Data Center, and network interconnection technologies.\nConfigure and support routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.\nAdminister firewalls, VPNs (IPsec), wireless networks, and QoS solutions.\nParticipate in network upgrades, integrations, and capacity expansion projects.\nPerform root cause analysis and resolve complex network issues.\nDevelop technical documentation, implementation plans, and testing procedures.\nEnsure compliance with security standards, best practices, and change management processes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive network improvements and operational excellence.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation supporting production environments.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years of experience managing enterprise network environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.\n5+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting:BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP\nCisco ASA and/or Palo Alto firewalls\nIPsec VPNs\nWireless networking\nQuality of Service (QoS)\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Cisco ISE, 802.1X, TrustSec, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).\nExperience with monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds NPM/NCM, LiveAction, and Cisco Prime.\nExposure to Software Defined Networking technologies, including Cisco SD-Access, Cisco ACI, and SD-WAN solutions.\nPreferred Certifications\nCCNA\nCCNP Enterprise\nPCNSA\nPCNSE\nSchedule\nFull-time position\nWorking hours aligned with Pacific Standard Time
