Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.\nBuild custom applications and user interfaces using SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams.\nDevelop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and Microsoft technologies.\nConfigure and manage SharePoint permissions, governance, and security.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate.\nCreate and maintain PowerShell scripts, JSON formatting solutions, and automation workflows.\nParticipate in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 migration projects using tools such as ShareGate.\nRecommend and implement efficient out-of-the-box solutions within SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and related M365 services.\nCreate technical documentation, solution designs, process diagrams, and implementation guides.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nParticipate in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in software development and Microsoft technologies.\nStrong hands-on experience with:SharePoint Online\nSharePoint Framework (SPFx)\nPower Apps\nPower Automate\nMicrosoft Teams\nREST APIs\nPowerShell scripting\nJSON formatting\n\nExperience managing SharePoint permissions and governance.\nExperience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and services.\nExperience with SharePoint migration tools, including ShareGate.\nAbility to create technical design documents and process workflows.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience delivering enterprise collaboration and automation solutions.\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 best practices and governance frameworks.\nExperience designing scalable and user-friendly business applications.\nAbility to work independently
