They specialize in building and managing websites that are clean, systematic, and optimized for SEO and user experience.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a detail-obsessed UX Specialist to join the design and development team. This role focuses on content structuring, site architecture cleanup, and quality assurance for law firm websites. You will ensure consistent, accessible, and high-quality page structures within WordPress environments, directly impacting SEO, user experience, and brand trust.\nResponsibilities\nContent Structuring & Site Cleanup\n· Organize and update page structures on law firm websites.\n· Convert site content to the companys theme, assigning page types, categories, locations, and parent/child hierarchies.\n· Perform one-to-one sitemap comparisons, flag discrepancies, and ensure consistent slug structures across sites.\n· Use Gutenberg Blocks to convert legacy content to block-based layouts, adding TOC, FAQ, video, CTA, and badges blocks as needed.\n· Clean HTML when necessary, removing outdated styling and ensuring consistent brand presentation.\nQuality Assurance (QA)\n· Log and resolve QA feedback during development, ensuring clean typography, color consistency, spacing, and responsive functionality across devices.\n· Resolve on-page issues related to page layout and design.\n· Perform QA checks on desktop, tablet, and mobile, ensuring consistent cross-device performance.\nCollaboration & Documentation\n· Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure updates are implemented correctly and efficiently.\n· Track and report completed tasks, maintaining organized records.\n· Flag \"Needs Review\" items for SEO or account team confirmation.\n· Communicate clearly and consistently with team members, ensuring projects move forward on schedule.\nRequirements\n· Experience with WordPress (preferably Gutenberg, custom post types, and basic SEO principles).\n· Comfortable performing one-to-one sitemap comparisons and ensuring URL and slug consistency.\n· Obsessed with details - you notice inconsistencies others miss and take pride in clean, accurate work.\n· Ability to perform basic QA, including knowledge of accessibility best practices and responsive design checks.\n· Understanding of typography, spacing, and color consistency within brand
