custom learning platform\nWork closely with the video recorder and tutorial scripter to ensure concise, easy-to-understand content\nCut, trim, and color correct footage to match brand standards and style guides\nUtilize transitions, text, and other visual effects to enhance video content\nManage project timelines and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nWatch raw content, pull out the best takes, and ensure clarity of instructions\nMaintain open communication with the tutorial creation team and attend relevant standup meetings\nRole Requirements\n2+ years of experience in video editing\nProficient in Adobe Premiere Pro\nStrong understanding of best practices for producing tutorial videos with spoken instructions\nFamiliar with optimizing content for vertical orientation\nFamiliar with motion graphics, visual effects, and on-screen text\nAbility to work with loosely defined brand guidelines to create succinct learning content\nAbility to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a remote startup environment\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nExperience working with spreadsheets to track edits and revisions\nExperience with Airtable preferred\nInterest in optimizing video editing and collaboration processes\nPortfolio showcasing tutorial videos, learning content, and vertical video\nCrochet experience or interest in
