This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, providing technical support for warehouse technologies, automation systems, and end users.\nThis is an on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity supporting critical warehouse operations.\nResponsibilities\nProvide onsite IT support for warehouse operations and end users.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.\n\nSupport Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and assist with issue resolution and escalation.\n\nConfigure, deploy, and maintain RF scanners, handheld devices, mobile terminals, and industrial PCs.\n\nSupport barcode scanners, Zebra printers, label printers, and other warehouse hardware.\n\nConfigure and maintain mobile devices using MDM solutions (such as SOTI).\n\nTroubleshoot Windows workstations and back-office computer equipment.\n\nSupport wireless connectivity for warehouse devices, access points, and mobile equipment.\n\nPerform hardware installations, upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.\n\nAssist with warehouse automation systems, including basic PLC diagnostics and coordination with automation vendors or engineers.\n\nManage incidents and document resolutions using the Help Desk ticketing system.\n\nReceive, inventory, deploy, and track IT assets.\n\nParticipate in warehouse IT projects, system upgrades, and technology rollouts.\n\nEnsure compliance with IT security policies and malware prevention standards.\n\nProvide support during system outages and critical warehouse incidents.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n5+ years of IT Support experience (warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments preferred).\n\nExperience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\n\nExperience with RF scanners, handheld devices, barcode scanners, and mobile computers.\n\nExperience supporting Zebra or similar label printers.\n\nKnowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking.\n\nExperience with Active Directory and hardware troubleshooting.\n\nFamiliarity with SOTI or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms is a plus.\n\nExposure to warehouse automation, PLCs, conveyors, or industrial systems is highly preferred.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and customer support skills.\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\n\nWork Environment\n100% On-site in Plainfield, IN.\n\nWarehouse environment with varying temperatures.\n\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\n\nFrequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.\n\nFlexibility to support overtime, off-hours, and occasional second-shift coverage as
