Your focus will be on testing components, spotting issues and helping the team create smooth experiences for candidates, recruiters and HR teams.\nYour day-to-day work may include:\nCreating and carrying out test cases for digital components and features\nPerforming functional, regression and exploratory testing\nReporting defects clearly and following them through to resolution\nWorking closely with developers and other colleagues in cross-functional teams\nChecking that requirements are reflected in the finished solution\nContributing ideas that improve testing methods and product quality\nRequirements\nWe’re looking for someone who enjoys structured testing but can also think beyond the checklist. You should be comfortable asking questions, sharing findings and working together to solve problems.\n2 years of experience in software testing, component testing or a similar area\nUnderstanding of test cases, defect reporting and regression testing\nAbility to analyse issues and describe them clearly\nAbility to collaborate with developers and other colleagues\nGood written and spoken English\nA structured and curious approach to your work\nIt’s also a plus if you have experience with:\nTest automation\nAPI testing\nSQL or database testing\nAgile development methods\nContinuous integration and delivery tools\nWhy join us\nThe company is a private HR and recruitment technology organisation focused on developing scalable digital solutions.
