Your work will help identify issues early, support better quality and make complex systems feel a little less complex - always a nice outcome.\nYou will work with people across different functions, sharing findings and helping turn observations into practical improvements.\nWhat you will do\nThe role combines hands-on testing, structured thinking and close collaboration. Your day-to-day work may include:\nCreate and carry out test cases for software components\nCheck functionality, usability and behaviour across relevant scenarios\nReport, document and follow up on defects\nRe-test fixes and help confirm that issues have been resolved\nWork with developers and other colleagues to understand requirements and test results\nContribute to improving testing methods, documentation and quality processes\nRequirements\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how things work and spotting details that others might miss. You should be comfortable working in a structured way while also asking questions, sharing ideas and adapting when priorities change.\nExperience in software testing or quality assurance\nUnderstanding of test cases, defect reporting and test documentation\nAbility to analyse results and communicate findings clearly\nFamiliarity with digital products, software development or technical systems\nComfortable collaborating with colleagues from different functions\nGood written and spoken English\nIt is also a plus if you bring experience with:\nAutomated testing or scripting\nAgile ways of working\nTesting APIs or integrations\nHR technology, recruitment technology or similar digital solutions\nWhy join us\nYou will join a private company within HR and recruitment technology, focused on developing scalable digital solutions.
