We’re looking for an Email tester in Epoch who wants to help us make sure our HR tech platform delivers spot-on, beautiful and fully working emails to users all over the world.\nEpoch is an innovative HR and recruitment technology company that mixes human HR thinking with smart digital solutions. From our base in Jönköping, we build scalable tools that help organizations run smoother HR processes and create better experiences for candidates, managers and employees.\nWhat you will do\nIn this role, you make sure that every email leaving our platform looks good, works as intended and lands where it should. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers and customer teams to catch issues early and help us improve quality all the time.\nYou’ll spend your days testing email flows, checking content, links and layouts, and giving clear feedback when something needs to be fixed. If you enjoy being the “last line of defense” before something reaches the end user, you’ll feel right at home.\nTest email templates, campaigns and automated flows in the Epoch platform.\nCheck layout, formatting, links, buttons and tracking in multiple email clients and devices.\nVerify that personalization, dynamic fields and conditional content work correctly.\nLog bugs clearly, follow up on fixes and re-test together with the development team.\nHelp improve our test cases, checklists and QA routines for everything related to email.\nCollaborate with product and customer teams to understand requirements and edge cases.\nWhat you bring\nYou don’t need to have lived your whole life in email or QA to join us, but you do need a sharp eye, a structured way of working and a genuine interest in digital products. If you like to puzzle things out and are not afraid to ask “what happens if…?”, you’re on the right track.\nExperience with email tools, web testing or HR tech is a big plus, but curiosity and willingness to learn will take you far. We’ll give you the onboarding and support you need to grow into the role.\n1 year of experience from QA, email marketing, customer support, digital production or similar work.\nStrong attention to detail and a habit of spotting errors in layouts, text and links.\nBasic understanding of how email tools, web browsers and different devices behave.\nComfortable communicating in English in both speech and writing; Swedish is a plus but not required.\nAbility to work in a structured way, manage your own tasks and keep track of small details.\nA collaborative mindset and openness to give and receive feedback in a friendly way.\nWhy you will enjoy working with us\nAt Epoch, you join a stable and established company that still feels modern, curious and a bit startup-ish in how we work.
