Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.\nCreate and optimise ad creatives for maximum engagement and conversions.\nUtilise advanced targeting options to reach relevant audience segments.\nManage advertising budgets effectively across multiple campaigns.\nMonitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports and insights.\nConduct A/B testing to optimise ad performance and achieve objectives.\nStay updated on platform updates, trends, and best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.\nEnsure compliance with platform advertising policies and guidelines.\nAnalyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.\nProvide campaign suggestions based on performance analysis.\nDeliver campaign reporting to clients on a bi-monthly and monthly basis.\nMeet online with clients for monthly strategy sessions.\nManage end-to-end execution of SMS and Email Marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis to drive engagement and conversions.\nFacilitate monthly virtual meetings to evaluate past campaign performance and align on strategies for the upcoming month.\nRequirements\nGr. 12 / School Leaving Certificate (minimum requirement).\nDiploma or Degree in Marketing or a relevant field (preferred).\nMinimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.\nDigital Marketing Agency experience is essential.\nAt least 2 to 3 years’ hands-on experience in Meta Business Suite and Meta Campaign Manager.\nProven experience in social media advertising, particularly Facebook Lead Ads and Catalog Campaigns.\nExcellent understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.\nProficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer, and automation platforms like Zapier.\nExperience with email marketing and SMS campaigns will be an advantage.\nExperience conducting client visits will be considered beneficial.\nProven track record in managing multiple client campaigns and delivering results aligned to client goals. \nGood understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics.\nFamiliarity with social media KPIs and performance metrics.\nStrong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to collaborate effectively and work well in a team.\nStrong time-management and organizational skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication
