proper documentation.\nJob Responsibilities\nSource and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and reliability\nRequest quotations, compare bids, and negotiate prices and terms\nPrepare and issue purchase orders and track deliveries\nMaintain accurate procurement records and files\nMonitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams\nEnsure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures\nLiaise with vendors and resolve issues relating to delivery, quality, and payment\nPrepare regular procurement reports for management\nJob Qualifications\nB.Sc / HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field\n2-3 years experience in procurement or related role\nStrong negotiation and vendor management skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)\nGood knowledge of procurement processes and Nigerian market\nExcellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills\nAbility to work
