The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java backend development and should ideally come from a product-based technology company.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications using Java.\n\n- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services.\n\n- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality products.\n\n- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.\n\n- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design decisions.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and drive effective root-cause analysis.\n\n- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.\n\n- Contribute to engineering standards, automation, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 3 -
