You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and other stakeholders to solve complex technical problems and build high-impact products.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.\n\n- Own architecture and technical decisions for complex systems and services.\n\n- Build and maintain microservices and distributed systems.\n\n- Drive engineering best practices around code quality, testing, observability, security, and performance.\n\n- Work with Kafka/event-driven architecture, databases, caching, and APIs.\n\n- Identify and resolve system performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.\n\n- Mentor senior engineers and contribute to technical growth across the team.\n\n- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.\n\n- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering standards.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 8 -
