testing strategy.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in a QA Lead or similar leadership role. \n Proven experience improving QA processes and implementing quality standards. \n Strong experience defining testing strategies across multiple teams and services. \n Strong knowledge of test design techniques and software testing methodologies. \n Experience with functional, integration, regression, smoke, exploratory, and acceptance testing. \n Solid experience with manual API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools. \n Experience analyzing database schemas and writing SQL queries to validate transactional data. \n Understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka, message queues) and API contract testing. \n Experience with Jira, Confluence, and test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray. \n Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, ELK). \n Experience integrating automation into QA processes. \nDefine automation testing approaches, levels, and tools, and drive their integration into QA processes.\n Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). \n Experience leading distributed QA teams, mentoring engineers, and supporting their professional development. \n Experience participating in production incident investigation and root cause analysis. \n Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. \n English level B2 or higher. \nNice to have:\n Experience with gaming or transactional systems. \n Experience with high-load distributed systems. \n Experience building QA
