The team works in both English and Spanish and operates through a defined delivery framework that includes project management standards, recurring client reporting, account health tracking, and documented client communication processes.\nWe've teamed up with Handoff to bring on an Account & Delivery Lead who will own a portfolio of client relationships while ensuring work moves clearly and reliably from strategy through delivery. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintain visibility across projects, coordinate internal specialists and external partners, and use AI and automation to increase efficiency without compromising accuracy or client experience.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nClient & Account Ownership:\nOwn a portfolio of client accounts with different levels of complexity, urgency, and support needs.\n\nDevelop a strong understanding of each client's business, audience, priorities, and commercial goals.\n\nServe as the primary client point of contact, communicating progress, blockers, changes, and risks before clients need to ask.\n\nMonitor account health, follow up on improvement areas, and proactively surface relationship or delivery risks.\n\nProject & Delivery Management:\nTurn meetings, strategy sessions, transcripts, and client decisions into clear tasks with owners, context, acceptance criteria, and next steps.\n\nMaintain accurate project boards as the source of truth for status, deadlines, dependencies, and committed deliverables.\n\nPrioritize competing workstreams across client and internal initiatives based on urgency, impact, and account needs.\n\nEnsure work moves smoothly from planning through execution, handoff, and completion.\n\nCommunication & Reporting:\nDeliver clear, concise client updates on a consistent cadence covering what shipped, what is blocked, what comes next, and what has changed.\n\nCommunicate difficult news, delays, or risks early and directly rather than waiting for clients to discover them.\n\nAdapt to each client's existing systems, workflows, reporting formats, and communication preferences.\n\nMaintain clear visibility into workload and capacity so potential delivery risks can be addressed early.\n\nTeam, Partner & Delivery Coordination:\nCoordinate day-to-day work with internal specialists, external delivery partners, contractors, and distributed teams.\n\nCreate clear briefs and handoffs that provide the context needed to execute work correctly the first time.\n\nFollow up consistently on blockers, dependencies, and deliverables without relying on direct management authority.\n\nBuild strong working relationships with the people responsible for delivering the work promised to clients.\n\nAI, Automation & Process Improvement:\nUse AI and automation to manage accounts more efficiently and maintain a consistently high delivery standard.\n\nBuild, improve, and maintain automated workflows for recurring account or delivery work.\n\nIdentify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined while keeping human judgment focused on client relationships and decision-making.\n\nValidate all AI-assisted output before it reaches clients and maintain continuity if an automation or workflow fails.\n\nABOUT YOU\n3+ years of experience owning multiple client accounts simultaneously as the named point of contact.\n\nStrong account management and project delivery experience, with ownership beyond simply executing assigned tasks.\n\nExperience maintaining project trackers or delivery systems as a reliable source of truth for teams and clients.\n\nStrong judgment when prioritizing competing accounts, deadlines, and delivery needs.\n\nConfident, proactive communicator who is comfortable sharing difficult updates or raising risks early.\n\nStrong written and spoken English, with the ability to lead client calls and produce clear, concise written updates.\n\nHands-on experience building AI-assisted or automated workflows that created measurable time savings, reduced errors, or improved delivery.\n\nHighly organized and detail-oriented while still able to see the broader client and business context.\n\nComfortable working independently, making decisions, and taking full ownership of client outcomes.\n\nStrong relationship-building skills across clients, internal teams, external partners, and contractors.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience delivering marketing, content, SEO, web, or related digital work.\n\nProfessional fluency in Spanish and English.\n\nExperience working with B2B technical, industrial, or complex-service clients.\n\nExperience coordinating external delivery partners, contractors, or distributed teams.\n\nBackground working in a small, founder-led, or fast-moving company.\n\nWorking knowledge of HubSpot and Google Workspace.\n\nFamiliarity with Figma or Canva for reviewing, briefing, or providing feedback on creative work.\n\nWHY YOU’LL LOVE IT\nOwn the relationship: You'll be the person clients trust for the real answer on where work stands and what happens next.\n\nWork from an established operating system: Project-management standards, reporting cadences, templates, and delivery processes already exist, so your focus is on running them well rather than inventing everything from scratch.\n\nUse AI to create leverage: Automation is part of the role, not an experiment on the side.
