If you thrive on solving complex problems, building production-ready AI solutions, and mentoring future leaders - this role is for you.\n\nWhat you'll do : \n\n- Identify product features that can be enabled using AI/ML and own the journey from design to production deployment.\n\n- Work closely with the engineering manager for estimation, integration and production deployment.\n\n- Identify new techniques that would benefit customers and ensure that some of them are adopted.\n\n- Showcase ML expertise through thought leadership articles and show and tell - POC's.\n\n- Lead a small team of data scientists.\n\n- Build a culture of merit in the team.\n\nQualification : \n\n- M. Tech from IIT (CS) or B. Tech/B. E from IIT/NIT.\n\nExperience : \n\n- Should have worked in the industry for at least 6.5 - 10 years.\n\n- Should be capable of conceiving original ideas and coding them as working algorithms.\n\n- Should have worked on 2 problems from definition to deployment.\n\nSkills : \n\n- Solved problems using Machine Learning in at least one area - NLP, CV or Predictive Analytics.\n\n- Excellent programming skills and must be able to implement complex algorithms in Python.\n\n- Extensive understanding of ML and statistical algorithms.\n\n- Hands-on experience with use of standard machine learning libraries such as OpenCV, Tensorflow, Keras etc.\n\n- Capability of converting a PoC to production quality code and subsequently deploy.\n\n- Good communication skills both Oral and Written.\n\n- Mentored or led a small team of ML engineers.\n\nNice to Have : \n\n- Bigdata experience.\n\n- Credited courses focused on linear algebra, stochastic models, pattern recognition, design and analysis of algorithms, machine learning.\n\n- Should be capable of converting theory to practice by reading relevant papers.\n\nWhat you'll find here : \n\n- A culture of innovation : We only take up projects that challenge us to innovate.
