Senior Affiliate Media Buyer (Meta & TikTok) for Kerdixo

The role

At its core this is a hands on senior media buying role. You work with live campaigns, make daily decisions using real performance data, and stay accountable for profitable execution.

The second dimension is what makes it unusual. Your campaign judgment helps us evaluate and improve AI agents that support media buying decisions. You will turn real campaign situations into reliable ground truth, review agent recommendations against outcomes, and decide when the system has earned more autonomy. You do not need to be an ML engineer. You do need strong buying judgment, data fluency, curiosity about AI, and the ability to explain why a campaign decision is right.

What you will do

• Launch, monitor and own internal paid media campaigns end to end.
• Make hands on scale, hold, optimize and stop decisions across live campaigns.
• Track spend, conversion rate, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, revenue and absolute profit.
• Work across performance and affiliate economics, with attention to offer, geo, audience, creative and platform differences.
• Document clear rationales for important decisions so they become useful learning signals.
• Review AI agent recommendations against real outcomes and identify errors, blind spots and unsafe actions.
• Maintain realistic evaluation scenarios, golden sets and ground truth labels.
• Work daily with the engineering team to translate business reality into measurable requirements.

What we are looking for

• At least5 years hands on performance marketing, user acquisition or affiliate media buying.
• Strong practical experience with paid social, particularlyMeta and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI and CPS campaign economics.
• A record of making good decisions with imperfect data and explaining the reasoning clearly.
• Strong data fluency. You can read distributions, investigate anomalies and separate signal from noise. SQL familiarity is highly valued.
• Comfortable working directly with engineers and turning operational problems into clear rules and acceptance criteria.

• Fluent professional English.

• Based in Europe, with reliable daily working overlap with the team.
• Hands on operating discipline. This role is for someone who wants to stay close to campaigns, not manage them through reports only.

Nice to have

• Affiliate networks, tracking platforms, MMPs, fraud signals or offer level optimization.
• Quality assurance, experimentation, structured evaluation or annotation processes.
• Exposure to LLM evaluation, golden sets, judge models, prompt testing or human in the loop systems.
• Experience hiring or managing media buyers, analysts or a small quality team.

What success looks like

In the first 90 days you take ownership of the internal campaign operating cadence, build a strong working loop with the engineering team, and establish reliable ground truth from live campaign decisions. Within six months you help expand the number of campaigns one person can supervise safely as the AI agents improve, while keeping quality, profitability and human control visible.
