Whether through research and development, technology innovation or solution engineering, our people play vital roles in connecting consumers with the products and platforms of Tomorrow.\n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities :\n\n- Work closely with business analysts, platform architects and developers to implement technical requirements and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.\n\n- Recommend best practices in ServiceNow development.\n\n- Advocate usage of OOTB capabilities and features while designing & implementing solutions.\n\n- Support developers to create and implement script includes, business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Macros, Access Control Lists (ACLs), portal pages, etc.\n\n- Support development of integrations with other ServiceNow instances and / or 3rd party systems.\n\n- Perform code reviews and validate configurations carried out by developers.\n\n- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance ServiceNow platform performance, availability, maintainability, upgradability and security.\n\nSkills and Requirements :\n\n- Engineering degree with 9+ years of IT experience.\n\n- Around 5 years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead including 7 -
