Senior Full Stack Engineer

Compensation: $210K base, ~$250-260K total compensation including equity

About the Company

Our partner is an early-stage, venture-backed B2B software startup building AI-powered products that move and transform data and automate complex workflows. The company recently closed its Series A (roughly $15M raised to date) and grew revenue nearly 4x in the first half of the year. It is a fast-moving environment with plenty of greenfield problems to solve and real influence over the product.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work across the stack, spanning frontend, backend, and the data pipelines and agentic/AI workflows at the core of the product. This is a backend-leaning, product-focused role: you will take customer feedback, help shape product direction, and ship features end to end. The stack is modern and intentionally lean (TypeScript and React, some Python, Postgres, Temporal for durable workflows, a monorepo), so you can move quickly on genuinely hard problems.

You will join a small, senior engineering team during a period of rapid growth, with meaningful equity and a direct line to the founders.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across the full stack, with an emphasis on backend systems
• Design and maintain data pipelines and data-movement workflows
• Contribute to agentic and AI-driven product capabilities
• Take customer feedback and help shape product direction, not just execute tickets
• Collaborate closely with a small, senior team in a fast-moving codebase

Requirements

• 5-7 years of full stack engineering experience (4+ considered on the lower end)
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with some Python
• Product-minded engineer who can form opinions and contribute to product direction
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in your day-to-day workflow
• Startup experience preferred
• Bonus: experience with ETL / data movement, browser automation or scraping, AWS, or agentic infrastructure
