assurance practices in a regulated environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Assemble, solder, and inspect electronic components and circuit card\nassemblies (CCAs) in accordance with IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards.\n- Perform cable and wire harness assembly in compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620\nstandards.\n- Conduct functional and diagnostic testing of electronic assemblies and\nprinted circuit boards (PCBs) using standard test equipment.\n- Perform rework and repair on complex electronic assemblies, including surface\nmount and through-hole components.\n- Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation\nto ensure accurate builds.\n- Conduct visual inspections and functional tests to verify product quality and\ncompliance.\n- Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance teams to resolve technical\nissues and implement process improvements.\n- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspection logs, test\nresults, and rework documentation.\n- Adhere to ESD-safe practices and cleanroom protocols as required.\n- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.\nRequirements\n- IPC J-STD-001 certification (current or previously held).\n- 2+ years of experience in electronics assembly, preferably in aerospace,\ndefense, or other high-reliability industries.\n- Proficiency in soldering, cable assembly, inspection, testing, and rework of\nelectronic assemblies.\n- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.\n- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.\n- Familiarity with ESD handling procedures and quality control
