management, financial controls, and operational effectiveness.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage complex internal and operational audit engagements.\nEvaluate internal controls, governance frameworks, risk management, and financial processes.\nConduct risk-based audits across port, customs, free zone, and logistics-related operations.\nIdentify control gaps, operational risks, and opportunities for process improvement.\nPrepare and review comprehensive audit reports and recommendations.\nPresent audit findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.\nLead, coach, and develop audit team members.\nMonitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.\nContribute to the development of the annual audit plan and risk assessment.\nEnsure audit activities comply with relevant professional standards, regulations, and internal policies.\nRequirements\n7+ years of internal audit experience, with proven experience managing audit engagements.\nExperience within ports, customs, free zones, logistics, maritime, government, or other highly regulated environments.\nStrong understanding of governance, risk management, internal controls, and audit methodologies.\nArabic language proficiency is required.\nACCA, CPA, CIA, or CFA certification is required.\nProven experience leading audit teams and managing senior-level stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, communication, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience within a government or government-related environment is highly
