The role will assess business and operational risks, evaluate internal controls, identify improvement opportunities, and provide practical recommendations to management.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPlan and execute risk-based assurance and advisory assignments.\n\nDevelop audit work programs covering business and operational risks and internal controls.\n\nConduct audit testing, data analysis, and control assessments.\n\nEvaluate the effectiveness of the internal control environment and identify areas for improvement.\n\nCommunicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant management stakeholders.\n\nWork with business and IT teams to develop practical and implementable actions to address identified risks.\n\nPrepare internal audit reports and follow up on agreed management actions.\n\nSupport risk assessments and monitoring of business and operational risks.\n\nIdentify and implement more efficient and innovative audit methodologies.\n\nMaintain audit working papers in line with IIA and Internal Audit standards.\n\nLead audit teams, allocate assignments, supervise work, and review deliverables.\n\nShare knowledge and expertise in risk identification, industry practices, and data analytics to support team development.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.\n\nProfessional certification such as CA, CPA, or CIA.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in auditing, risk management, or related areas involving process reviews and management information reviews.\n\n2-3 years of experience in the healthcare sector.\n\nStrong experience in risk-based auditing, internal controls, audit testing, and data analysis.\n\nExperience leading or supervising audit teams.\n\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple assignments independently and deliver within
