training and development programs aligned with business and talent strategies\nConduct training needs assessments to identify capability gaps\nDevelop and manage the annual training plan, calendar, and budget\nDeliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs\nPartner with external training vendors and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI\nCoach and support managers and leaders in developing their teams\nMeasure training impact through KPIs, dashboards, surveys, and reports\nLead onboarding and employee orientation programs\nLeverage LMS, e-learning platforms, and learning technologies\nEnsure compliance with regulatory and industry standards\nDrive employee engagement through learning and development initiatives\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelors degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (Masters preferred)\n4-6 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role\nExperience delivering training in a multicultural environment\nL&D, CIPD, Coaching, or NLP certifications are an advantage\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong facilitation and presentation skills\nKnowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies\nExperience with LMS and e-learning platforms\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nAnalytical,
