extremely important\n\n- Making technical trade-offs around scalability, failure handling, performance and reliability\n\nMandatory Requirements:\n\n- 6+ years of overall Software Engineering experience\n\n- Strong hands-on backend development experience in at least one language such as Python, Java, Golang, etc.\n\n- Prior Tech Lead / technical ownership experience\n\n- Strong System Design and Distributed Systems knowledge\n\n- Strong CS fundamentals including DSA, OS and Networking\n\n- Experience owning complex or business-critical engineering problems end-to-end\n\n- Experience mentoring Senior Engineers and conducting design/code reviews\n\n- Comfortable working as a hands-on IC + Tech Lead, rather than a pure people manager\n\n- Experience in Product Companies /
