Vue 3 + TypeScript on the front, Django + DRF on the back. \nEvolve our core engines. Loan pricing and investor eligibility matching. \nIntegrate with the mortgage ecosystem. LOS platforms, due diligence providers, credit and valuation vendors. \nDesign data models and background pipelines that stay fast as volume grows. \nWrite the tests that keep it all honest. pytest, Vitest, Playwright. \nRequirements:\nDaily, hands-on work with AI coding agents - Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar. You run several in parallel and know where their output needs your judgment. \nHands-on experience building AI into a product - LLM features, agents, retrieval, evaluation. Not only coding with AI tools. \n5+ years building production software, with real depth on both sides of the stack. \n3+ years hands-on Vue.js + TypeScript - this is a Vue shop. \nStrong Python + Django, solid REST API instincts, and real database skills - schema design, query performance, safe migrations. \nExperience in complex platform companies - real integrations, real data, real scale. \nA strong eye for UI/UX and clear communication. \nProven remote work - you have shipped for years from a home office, communicate in writing by default, and do not need someone next to you to stay unblocked. \nAbout You:\nStrong team player, easy to work with, and quick to move. \nCharismatic and likes to lead - you pull people with you without needing the title. \nExcellent English, written and live - you hold your own with our US colleagues. English is the working language across Israel and the US: every meeting, every PR. \nAble to work independently and carry several threads at once. \nProactive mindset and a real appetite for learning new technologies. \nComfortable in a client-facing, professional environment. \nNice to have:\nFintech or mortgage background \nOpenSearch \nPlaywright \nProduct Stack\nFrontend: Vue 3, TypeScript, Vite, Pinia, Vuetify, Tailwind, Shadcn, Vitest, Playwright. \nBackend stack: Python 3.14, Django 5.2, Django REST Framework, Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, pytest \nWhy join:\nTransform an industry that hasn't changed in decades.
