data vault, medallion) and DBT project structure, naming\nconventions, and coding standards\n• Architect batch and near-real-time data pipelines, including source integration, orchestration, error\nhandling, and recovery\n• Lead performance optimization: warehouse sizing, clustering, query tuning, materialization strategy,\nand cost monitoring\n• Define data governance, security, and access control patterns (RBAC, masking, row-level security,\nencryption)\n• Review designs and code, mentor engineers, and resolve technical blockers\n• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery leads to translate requirements into\ntechnical solutions\n• Produce architecture documentation, design decisions, and reference patterns\nOwn the end-to-end data architecture on AWS and Snowflake, set technical standards, and guide the team in delivering a scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data platform.\n\nRequirements\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\nStrong Solution Architect Profile with AWS/Snowflake background and end-to-end data architecture experience\nMandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 12+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture\nMandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience designing scalable, secure data platform architectures covering ingestion, storage, transformation, and consumption layers\nMandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience defining data models (dimensional, data vault, medallion) and architecting batch/near-real-time data pipelines\nMandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have hands-on AWS (S3, IAM, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis/MSK, Step Functions, CloudWatch)\nMandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have hands-on Snowflake (architecture, RBAC, Snowpipe, Streams, performance tuning, cost management)\nMandatory (Tech skill 3): Must have hands-on DBT (Core/Cloud), SQL, and Python\nMandatory (Tech skill 4): Must have experience with Airflow (or equivalent), Terraform, and CI/CD for data platforms\nMandatory (Skill 1): Must be
