Our care model, workflows, and infrastructure are intentionally designed to support high-quality outpatient care and expand access to patients with the care they need.\nThis role is designed for independently licensed therapists who want:\nPredictable, W-2 compensation and full benefits\n\nFlexible scheduling within a structured outpatient model\n\nMinimal administrative burden in a fully remote environment\n\nClear expectations around caseload, documentation, and pace\n\nOur outpatient therapy model is intentionally built for virtual care, not retrofitted from inpatient or hospital systems, allowing you to deliver thoughtful and structured care.\n\nWhat your day-to-day practice looks like:\n100% remote, outpatient therapy\n\nLower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, others)\n\nStandard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups)\n\nConsistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals\n\nIn-house referral network to/from psychiatrists\n\nFull operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing\n\nClinical autonomy & flexibility:\nIndependent treatment decision-making\n\nInput into schedule and weekly availability within operational guidelines\n\nClinical approach within evidence-based standards\n\nCare expectations are shaped by practicing clinicians, reinforcing professional judgment, and shared accountability for quality.\n\nYou practice independently, with accessible clinical leadership available for consultation and support. Our role is to remove administrative work so you can focus on patient care. This model works best for clinicians who value delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\nIndependently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)\n\nActive, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available)\n\nTwo or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA)\n\nComfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload\n\nStrong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making\n\nComfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment\n\n(Highly desired) Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings\n\n(Highly desired) Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex. CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)\n\nPlease note, this role is not designed for clinicians seeking supervision toward licensure or those looking to build a fully self-directed 1099/Private Practice.
