You will partner closely with Referrals, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and other Product teams to identify high-impact opportunities, define long-term direction, and deliver scalable solutions across Talkiatry's data ecosystem. This includes putting more capability directly in the hands of the people who need it: AI functionality, self-serve analytics, configurable attribution, and marketer-controlled segmentation that don't require an engineering ticket. You will expand our metrics and proprietary data layers so that the definitions the business runs on are trustworthy and owned. And you will grow the data foundation underneath our Referrals business and the features we offer partner organizations.
