Our Forklift Drivers provide support to the supply chain by efficiently collecting, loading, shipping and receiving warehouse products.\nReports to: Warehouse Supervisor\nDirect Reports: N/A\nBase Hourly Rate: $22/hour+ shift differential for hours worked outside of 1st shift\nDiscretionary Bonus Potential: Up to $900 bi-annually. Eligibility is based on Plant and Company profitability.\nLocation: Onsite at our Preston, WA Warehouse 4 days a week\nCore Hours: Monday - Friday 3:00 am- 3:00 pm\nNote: This position will work a 4x12 schedule, enjoying weekends off (Saturday & Sunday) and one rotating day off during the work week.Start and end times are subject to change due to evolving business need.\nOperate all forklift equipment safely and help complete accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and record keeping duties\n\nPerform all pre-flight inspections on forklift equipment.\n\nManage proper product consolidation and rotation in the warehouse, adhering to FIFO at all times.\n\nStack product safely, precisely, and according to standards.\n\nPerform cycle count, inbound receipt and outbound sales orders, using an RD scanner.\n\nStrictly follow all dock safety procedures and ensure loads are locked when in use.\n\nMaintain GMP and housekeeping standards by proactively keeping work areas clean, putting away all raw materials, pallets, full goods, etc. when not in use.\n\nAssist in inventory cycle counting.\n\nEnsure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed always, notifying immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.\n\nComplete other responsibilities as assigned.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience.\n\nMinimum of one (1) year of forklift driving experience, warehouse experience preferred.
