You'll serve as Talking Rain's internal owner of Accounts Receivable processes, controls, and escalations - ensuring continuity, compliance, and quality as AR operations transition to our managed services partner, Genpact.\nReports to: Sr. Director, Finance\nDirect Reports: N/A (dotted-line coordination with Genpact AR team)\nLocation: Onsite at our Preston, WA office\nAnnual Bonus Potential: 8% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.\nBase Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 (depending on experience)\nNote: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.\nOwn AR process documentation, controls, and standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance\nServe as the primary escalation point for complex AR exceptions and disputes beyond Genpact's scope of resolution\nProvide approval and authorization for AR transactions requiring internal sign-off\nManage the AR relationship with Genpact, reviewing performance, identifying gaps, and driving continuous improvement\nMaintain audit readiness, ensuring AR records and controls meet internal and external requirements\nApply D365 system expertise to troubleshoot issues and support Genpact operations\nManage customer pricing updates in partnership with Sales, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing alignment\nCoordinate with Finance, Sales, and other teams on AR matters requiring business judgment\nSupport month-end close activities related to accounts receivable\nLead or contribute to AR process improvement initiatives as the company scales\nEnsure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed; report issues to immediate supervisor\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWe create connections with every sip. Onsite presence of the Finance and Supply Chain teams, along with others, ensures the right voices are at the table at the right time to align on next steps. \nEnables richer, faster feedback loops - Real-time observation and discussion with Rain Makers across departments help us spot gaps, adapt processes, and improve outcomes immediately. \nWHAT YOU BRING\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.\nMinimum of five (5) years of Accounts Receivable experience, including exposure to controls, process ownership, or audit support.\nExperience working in or alongside a managed services or shared services model preferred.\nStrong knowledge of AR processes including invoicing, cash application, deductions, collections, and pricing management.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nHighly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.\nAbility to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments.\nAt Talking Rain...\nWe are Accountable for Results\nWe make clear commitments, follow through, and take responsibility for outcomes.
