This role would be responsible for supporting the continued growth of our pharma business. Working directly with Wisdo’s President, this person will play a hands-on role in identifying prospective clients, executing outreach campaigns, supporting business-development activities, and helping expand relationships across the pharmaceutical industry. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, technology-savvy, and comfortable using AI and a variety of digital tools to work quickly and independently. You may be researching a pharmaceutical brand and building a prospect list, launching a LinkedIn campaign, preparing for a client meeting, working in our CRM, or using AI to accelerate research and content development. Prospecting, outreach, and consistent follow-up are central to the role. You’ll also help turn what you learn about prospective clients into stronger campaigns and sales materials. The right person enjoys figuring things out, learning new tools, and turning ideas into execution. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProspecting & OutreachResearch pharmaceutical companies, brands, therapeutic areas, agencies, and potential partners.\nIdentify decision-makers and build and maintain targeted prospect and account lists.\nUse LinkedIn, prospecting databases, AI tools, and other resources to identify contacts and opportunities.\nBuild and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.\nConduct initial outreach, personalize communications, and manage systematic follow-up.\nTrack responses and help turn initial interest into meetings with senior leadership.\n\nSales & Pipeline SupportMaintain prospect, opportunity, and activity information in the CRM and track follow-ups and next steps.\nResearch companies, brands, and attendees in advance of prospective-client meetings.\nHelp customize presentations and prepare materials for client conversations.\nCoordinate post-meeting follow-up and support proposals, RFP responses, and other business-development materials.\n\nAI, Data & Commercial ToolsUse AI extensively to accelerate prospect research, account intelligence, outreach, meeting preparation, and content development.\nWork hands-on across CRM platforms, prospecting databases, LinkedIn, email and marketing platforms, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and other commercial technologies.\nExplore new AI and automation tools and identify opportunities to make prospecting, outreach, and other workflows more efficient.\nLearn new platforms independently and maintain clean, organized data across systems.\n\nGrowth Marketing & EventsHelp execute campaigns around Wisdo research, client results, white papers, webinars, and thought leadership.\nSupport LinkedIn, email, and other marketing activities targeting pharmaceutical audiences.\nResearch relevant conferences and events, identify priority prospects and attendees, and coordinate pre- and post-event outreach.\nHelp develop and maintain sales and marketing materials.\n\nAbout You \nAt least 3 years of hands-on business development or growth experience in healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare marketing, including prospect research, outbound outreach, and pipeline follow-up.\nExperience targeting pharmaceutical brands, patient support teams, or healthcare/pharma agencies is strongly preferred.\nAble to describe outreach campaigns you personally executed and the meetings or opportunities they generated.\nHands-on experience using a CRM, prospecting tools, LinkedIn, and email platforms to run outreach and maintain an organized pipeline. \nStrong research and writing skills, with demonstrated use of AI tools to work faster while checking the accuracy and quality of the output.\nBenefits \nComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision plans\nPre-tax benefits: HSA/ FSA\n401k Retirement Savings Program with matching up to 3%\nVoluntary benefits including disability, basic life or pet insurance, etc.\nMonthly Wellness Stipend to promote mental and physical self-care\nFlexible PTO and Remote First Environment\nRegular team events, including Wellness Workshops and Team Building Events\nFree access to Talkspace products for you and one household member, as well as access to a friends and family discount! \nCompensation\nAt Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.\nThe base salary range for this role is between $67,000 - $95,0000.
