In this role, you’ll support the recruitment of licensed mental health professionals who provide care through Talkspace. You’ll work closely with our Clinical Recruitment team to source and screen qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with early-career experience recruiting clinical therapists who is excited to continue developing their recruiting skills in the behavioral health industry. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, personable, and eager to build relationships while helping expand access to quality mental healthcare.\nThis is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.\nWhat You’ll Do\nClinical Recruitment & Candidate Management\nSource and engage licensed mental health professionals through job boards, professional networks, social media, and other recruiting channels.\nReview applications, screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and verify clinical licensure and qualifications.\nCoordinate interviews with clinical hiring teams and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.\nBuild and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing clinical hiring needs.\nProvide a positive and responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through the hiring process.\nRecruitment Outreach & Partnerships\nSupport targeted recruitment campaigns, including email outreach, job postings, and other sourcing initiatives.\nAssist with recruitment events and relationship-building efforts with academic institutions and professional associations.\nPartner with the Clinical Recruitment team to understand hiring priorities and identify qualified candidates.\nReporting & Process Improvement\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in applicant tracking systems.\nTrack recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and progress toward hiring goals.\nIdentify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment workflows.\nTeam Collaboration & Employer Branding\nRepresent Talkspace’s mission and values through positive, professional interactions with candidates and internal stakeholders.\nCollaborate with clinical hiring teams to understand role requirements and support recruitment needs.\nStay informed about behavioral health recruiting trends, clinical licensure requirements, and relevant hiring practices.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nAbout You\n1-2+ years of experience recruiting clinical therapists or licensed mental health professionals.\nExperience sourcing, screening, and engaging clinical candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nFamiliarity with behavioral health roles, clinical licensure requirements, and recruiting practices.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.\nA proactive, resourceful, and collaborative attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn.\nExperience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting tools.\nBenefits\nComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision plans coverage since day one\nPre-tax benefits: HSA/FSA\n401k Retirement Savings Program with 3% matching\nVoluntary benefits including disability, basic life or pet insurance, etc.\nMonthly Wellness Stipend to promote mental and physical self-care\nPTO and Remote First Environment\nRegular team events, including Wellness Workshops and Team Building Events\nFree access to Talkspace products for you and one household member, as well as access to a friends and family discount!\nCompensation\nAt Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.\nThe annual salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000.
