The Product Manager is responsible for driving the success of the product by overseeing the entire project management process, from ideation to execution. They lead the development and implementation of features and initiatives aimed at enhancing the user experience and achieving business goals. The Product Manager maintains a prioritized product backlog, defines key product problems, sets measurable success metrics, and monitors progress throughout the product life cycle. They also leverage data-driven insights to break down complex challenges into actionable projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, and data science to deliver impactful solutions. The Product Manager ensures alignment across teams, articulating the needs of stakeholders to drive the development of optimal product solutions. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProject ManagementLead the ideation and execution of features and initiatives that drive user engagement and product outcomes.\nDevelop and maintain a prioritized product backlog that aligns with business and user goals and strategy.\nOwn the product life cycle, from defining key product problems to identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring results of experiments and product enhancements.\nUse quantitative and qualitative data to break down complex challenges and systems into actionable projects and solutions. \n\nProduct ManagementAnalyze web analytics, consumer feedback, and data to identify potential product enhancements.\nWork closely with engineers to guarantee product functionality and performance.\nCompile progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders on project updates.\nGenerate innovative product concepts aligned with current and projected market trends.\nEvaluate customer feedback to inform product development strategies.\nConduct comprehensive quality assurance testing for all products and features.\n\nCollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (such as data science, UX design, and UX research) to ensure optimal product development and user experience.\nUnderstand and articulate user needs and pain points, working with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive effective solutions.\nCollaborate with the Director, Product Management and stakeholders to align products with strategic visions.\nCoordinate with the marketing team to incorporate new features into marketing materials.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\n\nAbout You \nBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.\n4+ years of experience in product management or similar product role.\n4+ years experience using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar project management software.\nProficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.\nUnderstanding of software development processes and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is preferred.\nBasic knowledge of coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.\nBenefits \nComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision plans\nPre-tax benefits: HSA/ FSA\n401k Retirement Savings Program with matching up to 4%\nVoluntary benefits including disability, basic life or pet insurance, etc.\nMonthly Wellness Stipend to promote mental and physical self-care\nFlexible PTO and Remote First Environment\nRegular team events, including Wellness Workshops and Team Building Events\nFree access to Talkspace products for you and one household member, as well as access to a friends and family discount! \nCompensation\nAt Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.\nThe base salary range for this role is between $130,000 - $180,000.
