This role would be responsible for developing and delivering impactful training programs that drive employee performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across Client and Provider Support. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInstructional Design and TrainingDesign, develop, and maintain training programs for Client Support and Provider Support, including new-hire onboarding, role-specific training, certifications, process and system training, and ongoing upskilling.\nCreate engaging learning experiences across a variety of formats, including self-paced eLearning, instructor-led materials, job aids, tutorials, demonstrations, assessments, and interactive activities.\nApply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to ensure training is engaging, accessible, and aligned with defined learning and business outcomes.\nContinuously review and refresh curriculum based on learner feedback, performance data, process changes, and evolving business needs.\nFacilitate live and virtual training sessions, new-hire nesting, demonstrations, guided practice, and other learning experiences for Client Support and Provider Support.\n\nTraining Administration and Learning SystemsManage training assignments, enrollments, completion tracking, attendance, and learner progress through the LMS and other internal systems.\nCoordinate training schedules and communicate training requirements and expectations to learners, Supervisors, and other stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate training documentation and provide completion and learner performance information to relevant stakeholders.\n\nData Analysis & Performance OptimizationEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, operational data, and other performance indicators.\nUse data to identify knowledge and skill gaps, recommend learning interventions, and continuously improve training programs.\nMaintain department skill assessments and skill matrices to support curriculum development, employee growth, and future training needs.\nTrack and communicate training initiatives, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement to leadership and relevant stakeholders.\n\nCollaboration & Strategic PartnershipPartner with Client Support and Provider Support leadership to identify learning opportunities and develop strategies that address knowledge and performance needs.\nCollaborate with SMEs and cross-functional partners to translate complex processes, workflows, systems, and business requirements into clear and effective learning experiences.\nServe as a trusted training resource during organizational, process, and system changes, helping teams successfully adopt new expectations and workflows.\nContribute to training standards, best practices, and broader learning initiatives across the organization.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nAbout You \nBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Learning & Development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\n3-5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, learning and development, or a related field.\nExperience designing and delivering training for adult learners, including self-paced eLearning and instructor-led training.\nExperience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms, as well as Learning Management Systems.\nStrong facilitation, communication, project management, and organizational skills.\nAbility to translate complex processes and information into clear, engaging learning experiences.\nData-driven approach to evaluating training effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement.\nBonus Points\nExperience in healthcare, behavioral health, customer support, contact center, or operations environments preferred.\nBenefits \nComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision plans\nPre-tax benefits: HSA/ FSA\n401k Retirement Savings Program with matching up to 4%\nVoluntary benefits including disability, basic life or pet insurance, etc.\nMonthly Wellness Stipend to promote mental and physical self-care\nPTO and Remote First Environment\nRegular team events, including Wellness Workshops and Team Building Events\nFree access to Talkspace products for you and one household member, as well as access to a friends and family discount! \nCompensation\nAt Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.\nThe base salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $80,000/yr.
