This is a highly customer-facing role that combines software engineering, systems integration, implementation consulting, and technical problem solving to deploy AI-powered manufacturing solutions at scale.\nThe ideal candidate is more than a traditional Solutions Engineer. They are a hands-on technical professional capable of writing production-quality code, designing software integrations, and solving complex technical challenges while partnering directly with customers. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, industrial software, Industrial IoT, MES, ERP, or industrial automation will be especially successful in this role.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to advanced analytics to optimize production.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and implement software integrations connecting enterprise manufacturing systems to cloud-based applications.\n\nDevelop APIs, integration services, data pipelines, and automation workflows using Python, SQL, REST APIs, and modern software development practices.\n\nServe as the primary technical resource for customer implementations from solution design through deployment and ongoing technical support.\n\nPartner directly with manufacturing customers to understand production processes, data architecture, operational challenges, and integration requirements.\n\nIntegrate enterprise manufacturing systems including ERP, MES, QMS, historians, SCADA, and other industrial software platforms.\n\nBuild reusable integration tools and connector libraries that improve deployment speed and scalability.\n\nCollaborate with Data Science teams to configure AI and machine learning solutions that solve manufacturing challenges.\n\nTroubleshoot complex issues involving distributed systems, networking, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and production data pipelines.\n\nAnalyze large manufacturing datasets to identify data quality issues, diagnose integration failures, and implement technical solutions.\n\nWork closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence future product capabilities.\n\nDevelop technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices that support scalable customer deployments.\n\nParticipate in customer discovery sessions, technical workshops, and solution architecture discussions.\n\nManage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer communication and project execution.\n\nTravel to customer manufacturing facilities as needed to support deployments, technical troubleshooting, and solution optimization.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.\n\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar.\n\nStrong programming experience using Python and SQL.\n\nExperience developing and consuming REST APIs and building software integrations.\n\nFamiliarity with Bash, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.\n\nExperience working with cloud platforms, distributed systems, middleware, and enterprise software integrations.\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and troubleshooting complex technical issues.\n\nExcellent customer communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong project management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities and ambiguous technical challenges.\n\nWillingness to travel approximately 25% to 40% to customer sites.\n\nMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. \n\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience working within manufacturing, industrial automation, Industrial IoT, or smart manufacturing environments.\n\nFamiliarity with ERP, MES, SCADA, QMS, OPC UA, historians, or other manufacturing software platforms.\n\nExperience with Golang, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ETL pipelines, or distributed cloud applications.\n\nKnowledge of AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or industrial data science applications.\n\nExperience with manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, downtime analysis, process optimization, or predictive maintenance.\n\nExperience with Airflow, Databricks, or modern data engineering platforms.\n\nPrevious experience working for a high-growth SaaS or industrial technology company.\n\nFamiliarity with AI coding assistants and modern software development tools.\n\nManufacturing or industrial engineering experience is highly preferred and will help accelerate success in
