You’ll be part of a hybrid-friendly environment where your unique talents and insights will play a crucial role in building something extraordinary.\nVice President of Finance\nWe are seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead Talos’s global finance organization. This role is ideal for a proven VP or Head of Finance & Accounting who is ready to take the next step at an established, high-growth startup. Reporting to the COO, with a direct line into the CEO and Board, you will own the finance function outright as Talos scales into a mature, global enterprise.\nThis is a builder seat. Reporting, systems, controls, and operating cadence are yours to design. You’ll be a hands-on player-coach who sets strategy and still builds the model, writes the board pack, and fixes the process.
