roles count).\nStrong SQL fundamentals (joins, aggregations, window functions).\nOne programming language for data (preferably Python) with basic skills in:Data manipulation (tables/dataframes)\nStatistics fundamentals (distributions, sampling intuition, confidence basics)\nBasic modeling (regression/classification basics and evaluation intuition)\n\nStrong analytical thinking:Ability to define a problem, validate data, and explain results clearly.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, reliable outputs.\nAbility to work effectively in a
