Your work will span lifecycle journeys, SEO landing pages, paid campaigns, events and product education, balancing brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes.\nThis is a hands-on writing and editing role for someone who can manage multiple briefs, collaborate proactively with stakeholders and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.\nYour Responsibilities:\nCRM and lifecycle communications\nWrite and refine copy for multi-touch merchant journeys, including onboarding, activation, engagement and reactivation.\nAdapt messaging across email, SMS and WhatsApp, accounting for each channel’s format, constraints and customer context.\nTurn CRM drafts into polished, production-ready copy, including subject lines, preheaders, message bodies and calls to action.\nMaintain consistency across journey touchpoints and develop copy variants for testing.\nSEO and website content\nWrite and edit industry-specific landing pages that connect merchant needs with Tamara’s value proposition.\nCollaborate with SEO stakeholders on search intent, keyword integration, page structure, headings, metadata and conversion-focused calls to action.\nTailor messaging to sectors such as pharmacies, home appliances, gaming and healthcare while preserving a consistent brand voice.\nPaid campaigns and event communications\nDevelop concepts and copy variants for B2B paid advertising, seasonal campaigns and promotional offers.\nTranslate campaign propositions into concise headlines, primary text and calls to action.\nWrite event and partnership materials, including booth messaging, flyers and promotional landing-page copy.\nPartner with designers and marketing teams to ensure copy works effectively within each creative format.\nProduct marketing and editorial content\nTranslate product features and merchant benefits into accessible, persuasive messaging.\nWrite scripts for campaign videos, short-form content, merchant case studies and product how-to videos.\nSupport onboarding communications, product marketing newsletters and launch campaigns.\nHelp develop surveys, reports and long-form content by shaping narratives and editing stakeholder inputs into clear, engaging copy.\nCollaborate with content and production teams through script revisions and final copy checks.\nYour expertise: \n3-5 years of experience in marketing copywriting, with a portfolio covering both conversion-focused and longer-form content.\nStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify complex products and ideas.\nExperience writing for B2B audiences, ideally merchants, SMEs or business decision-makers.\nFamiliarity with CRM and lifecycle messaging, SEO fundamentals and performance advertising.\nThe ability to adapt a core proposition across channels without losing clarity or brand consistency.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to deliver across multiple projects and deadlines.\nA proactive, collaborative approach to working with marketing, design, CRM and product stakeholders.\nComfort using feedback and performance data to refine copy.\nExcellent English and Arabic copywriting
